We have a money back guarantee and a return period of 14 days. If you inform us that you wish to return the product within 14 days of receipt, you then have another 14 days to return the product. If you return the product in the best possible and original condition, we will process the shipment and refund the purchase amount within 14 days. Is your product defective? Then this is of course covered by the warranty and will be resolved by us as quickly and as well as possible. We always advance the shipping costs, in some cases the shipping costs are offset against the refund. Exchanges or warranty shipments are always free.

• In the original packaging as far as possible, with original product stickers;
• A packaging that is in as original a condition as possible: it may be opened, but may not be used as a shipping box
• Make sure the product is properly packaged to prevent transport damage
• For products that are damaged or incomplete, additional costs will be charged depending on the remaining value of the product.

Within 2 working days you will receive the return stamp by email forwarded. You must attach the return stamp to the shipping box.
