Returns & Right of Withdrawal

At ONYX we stand by our promise: Not satisfied? Money back.

We follow the legal return periods under the right of withdrawal. This means:

1. You have 14 days to notify us of your return, starting from the day after delivery.
2. After notification, you have another 14 days to send the product back.
3. We will process your refund within 14 days of your return request.

How to start a return

Send an email to returns@onyxjourney.nl including:

• Your order number (in the subject line),
• The reason for return (as clearly as possible).

After receiving your request, we will email you the return label.

Warranty & Defective Items

Did your product arrive damaged or faulty? No worries – this is covered by our warranty.

We will resolve this free of charge and as quickly as possible. Warranty and exchange shipments are always free.

Return Conditions

Products must not be used. You may only unpack and inspect them, just as you would in a physical store.

• If the product or packaging is more damaged than necessary for inspection, we may charge a reduction in value.
• Please handle items with care and use sturdy packaging to avoid transport damage.
• We will cover the return shipping costs upfront; in some cases these may be deducted from your refund.
