When can I expect my Pre-order?
When you have placed a pre-order you can find the estimated delivery time of your order in the order confirmation. As soon as the products are shipped you will receive a track & trace code by email from PostNL.

Return an order?
Yes, that is possible. You can return your order free of charge within 30 days.
Where can I find the status of my order?

Where can I find my invoice?
You will find your invoice in the shipping confirmation email or in your account.

What should I do if I have not received part of my order?

Which delivery service do you work with?
We deliver our products in the Netherlands and Belgium from 50 euros completely free with Postnl . Do you want to have one of our products delivered outside the Netherlands or Belgium? Then send an email with product preference and delivery address to:
