When can I expect my Pre-order?
When you have placed a pre-order, you can find the estimated delivery time of your order in the order confirmation. As soon as the products are shipped, you will receive a track & trace code by email from PostNL. For additional questions, please contact customer service.
Return an order?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
Where can I find the status of my order?

Where can I find my invoice?
You will find your invoice in the shipping confirmation email or in your account.

What should I do if I have not received part of my order?
Please wait a little longer. It is possible that your order will be delivered in multiple packages. Are you missing a part of your product? Send an email to info@onyxjourney.nl . Our customer service will contact you as soon as possible. 💪
Which delivery service do you work with?
We deliver our products in the Netherlands and Belgium from 50 euros completely free with Postnl . Do you want to have one of our products delivered outside the Netherlands or Belgium? Then send an email with product preference and delivery address to:
