What should I do if my suitcase is damaged by an airline?

Our suitcases are made exclusively from the best materials. Nevertheless, it unfortunately sometimes happens that a break occurs, for example due to a fall from a certain height. If this happens, it almost always occurs after checking in during transport to or from the plane.

Report damage to the airline concerned within 3 days

It is important to check your luggage when you collect it from the baggage belt. If your suitcase or bag is damaged during check-in, it is the responsibility of the carrier to take action. They are insured against damage and must ensure that your damage is compensated. Good to know that we are not insured for this and the airline is responsible for this. Make sure that the damage is reported to the airline in question within 3 days .
