Returns
At ONYX we work by the principle: not satisfied, money back. Naturally we follow the statutory return periods of the right of withdrawal. This means:
- You have 14 days to withdraw from your order (register a return), counted from the day after receipt.
- After registering, you have another 14 days to actually send the product back.
- We make sure the refund is processed within 14 working days after your return registration.

Warranty & defects
Is your product defective or was it delivered damaged? No worries, this is covered by warranty. We will resolve it free of charge and as quickly as possible. Warranty and exchange shipments are always free.
Return conditions
- Products may not be used. You may only unpack and inspect them as you would in a shop.
- If the product or packaging is damaged more than necessary to assess it, we may charge a reduction in value.
- Handle the product with care and use sturdy packaging to prevent transport damage.
- The return shipping costs are €7.95, are borne by the customer and are not reimbursed by us. (valid from 21-01-2026)
- The sender of the parcel remains responsible for shipping the return. If a parcel does not arrive at our return address, we ask you to contact the chosen carrier yourself to look into it further.
