What does lifetime warranty mean?

If something breaks due to a manufacturing or material defect while you're using the suitcase normally, we will replace the part or the entire product, depending on the nature of the problem — regardless of how long you've had the suitcase.

The warranty applies to normal use. Damage caused by careless use, normal wear and tear, or damage by third parties (such as airlines) is not covered.
