How do I file a complaint?

It is always possible that something does not go as desired. We would love to hear about it.

1. Send your complaint to info@onyxjourney.nl. We aim to respond within 2 working days.
2. Does this not lead to a solution? You can submit your dispute to Stichting WebwinkelKeur.
3. As an EU consumer, you can also visit the European Commission's ODR platform.
