Frequently asked questions
Can’t find your question? Our customer service is happy to help.
How does the Pre-Black Friday discount work?
From 21 to 26 October you get 25% off the entire range. Limited Edition colours get 15% off. The discount is already included in the prices, so you don’t need a code.
How do I get the free gift?
Order €300 or more and your free gift is added to your cart automatically. The gift itself doesn’t count towards this amount. While stocks last.
When will my order be delivered?
Order before 22:00 and your order is delivered the next working day within the Netherlands. Deliveries outside the Netherlands usually take 1 to 3 working days.
Can I return my sale purchase?
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Not the case? No problem: you can register your order for a return within 14 days of receiving it. After registering, you have another 14 days to send the product back. Please make sure the product is unused, in its original condition and in its original packaging. As soon as we receive your return, we process your refund within 2 weeks.
Does the warranty also apply to sale products?
The Air collection and the Hybrid Pro collection come with a lifetime warranty. If something breaks due to a manufacturing or material defect during normal use, we replace the part or the entire product, depending on the problem, no matter how long you’ve had the suitcase.
Our Hybrid collection and bags & accessories come with a 2-year warranty.
