What is ONYX's return policy?

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your ONYX product. If not, we have a clear and fair return policy:

1. 1. Register your return within 14 days of receiving your order.
2. 2. After registration, you have another 14 days to return the product.
3. 3. The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
4. 4. Upon receipt, we will process your refund within 2 weeks.
