Suitcase torn or beyond repair?

Does your ONYX suitcase have a tear, crack or other damage that you cannot repair yourself? Please contact our team. We always look for the best solution.

When to contact us?

  • The hard shell is torn or cracked
  • The frame is damaged or deformed
  • A zipper has completely come loose from the fabric
  • The damage occurred during a flight
  • You are not sure if repair is possible

How to contact us?

1. Take clear photos of the damage — from multiple angles.
2. Send the photos along with your order number to info@onyxjourney.nl.
3. Our team will respond within 2 working days with advice — repair, replacement or reimbursement.

Damage by the airline? Always report this immediately at the airport and request a PIR form (Property Irregularity Report). You will need this for your claim. Please also send us a copy — we will help you through the process.
