My ONYX product is defective. What can I do?

  1. 1. Take photos or a video of the defect. This will significantly speed up the assessment.
  2. 2. Send an email to info@onyxjourney.nl with your order number, a description of the problem and the attached photos.
  3. 3. Our team will respond within 2 business days with a solution — repair, replacement or refund.
