How do I track my order?

After placing your order, you will immediately receive a confirmation email. As soon as your package has been shipped, we will send you a second email with a Track & Trace code from the delivery service.

Haven't received a Track & Trace? Check your spam folder or track your order via SendCloud Tracking.

How to use Track & Trace?

Click on the link in your shipping confirmation or go to the delivery service's website. Enter your Track & Trace code to see the current status of your package.
