To return a product, it must be in an undamaged, unused condition and in its original packaging.
Don't have the packaging anymore? Please send photos or a video of the item to returns@onyxjourney.nl first. Our team will then assess whether the product is still eligible for return.
We recommend always keeping the packaging until you are sure you are satisfied with your purchase.
