What doesn't the warranty cover?

Our warranty is generous, but there are situations not covered:

  • Normal wear and tear — minor scratches or discoloration after intensive use
  • Careless use — damage due to overloading or dropping
  • Third-party modifications — repairs not carried out by ONYX
  • Airline damage — damage caused by baggage handling
Luggage damaged at the airport? Report it immediately to the airline and request a PIR form (Property Irregularity Report). Keep this — you'll need it for your claim.
