Can I change my delivery address?

Once you have received a Track & Trace confirmation, the package is already on its way and unfortunately, we can no longer make any changes.

In that case, you can log in to the delivery service's website (e.g., DPD/DHL or PostNL) to change the address. This depends on what the delivery service offers.

Haven't received a Track & Trace yet? Then send an email immediately to info@onyxjourney.nl. We will then try to adjust it.
